Much of our used equipment is sold on consignment, usually from customers we’ve served for years.
- Provide us only equipment in good working order. We are not responsible for mechanical defects in your equipment.
- Whether you ship your equipment to us or bring it in, be sure to include a legible list of what you provide to us, with serial numbers, a comment on its general condition, and the price you'd like the equipment to sell for.
- Pack your equipment properly and insure it, if shipping your equipment to us. Wings Camera is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.
- Leave consigned items at Wings for a minimum of 30 days. Your consigned equipment is insured for six months while it is at Wings.
- You will receive 70% of the selling price if your item sells, unless it is darkroom equipment, in which case you will receive 50% of the selling price.
- We will pay you a minimum of 15 days after the sale date.
- Equipment that you leave on consignment that does not sell after a three-year period will be considered abandoned. We will dispose of it accordingly.
